Most of us are going above and beyond to get the teacher's attention!
We looked like a bunch of Form 1 kids. Haha.
Advantage of group reward system: it promotes students' participation in class.
Disadvantage: some students are actually demotivated to participate in class because they don't like the over-competitive chaos induced by the system.
